We'll gladly issue a replacement or refund if:

- Your product arrived damaged or broken
To qualify:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and sealed, unless damaged during shipping
- You'll need to provide your order number and a photo of the issue
We handle the costs for returns or reshipping on approved claims. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and usually completed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Each bottle we produce is crafted in small batches, delivering maximum flavor. Once it leaves our facility and reaches your kitchen, it becomes yours to enjoy. Since taste is a personal preference, similar to barbecue sauce at a family gathering, we do not accept returns on opened bottles. However, we're confident you'll find plenty of ways to enjoy and make the most of it.
